Deposits
All treatments require a £20 non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of the booking.
A transferable deposit at my discretion. No shows will result in the loss of your deposit, and cannot be carried over to your next booking.
Gift Vouchers
Feeling uninspired for a gift? Treat someone special. Valid for all treatments for 6 months from the date of purchase. Delivery is also available at an extra cost. Alternatively, they can be collected from the salon.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your chosen treatment and unwind beforehand. As a courtesy to all my clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. If treatments begin late the appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next client.
Cancellation
Your appointment has been put aside for you, so please respect my policy. Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of your appointment cost.
Bank transfer or cash is accepted.

No shows will also result in the loss of your deposit.

If this cannot be carried out, unfortunately you will be blacklisted from rebooking.
